Before any high-risk construction work starts, such as work at heights over 2 metres, deep excavation or work near energised electrical installations. The full list is in the WHS Regulations for your state or territory.
Can you prepare a SWMS without visiting the site?
Yes, in most cases. We work from your task details, plant list, site rules and photos. Your supervisor checks it against the site before work starts.
