Which standards does Optimax Comply support?
ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, individually or as an integrated system. It doesn’t currently cover ISO 27001; for 27001 we offer consulting and maintenance support instead.
Do we need to be certified already?
No. Many clients use Optimax Comply from the start of their certification project, so records build up as the system is implemented.
Can we import our existing registers?
Yes. Registers can be imported from Excel or CSV, and documents can be uploaded in bulk. We handle the setup for you.
Can our site team use it on their phones?
Yes. It works in any mobile browser and can be installed on your phone’s home screen like an app.
Is there a per-user fee?
No. Every plan includes unlimited users.
Will an auditor accept records kept in Optimax Comply?
